Rawl spay program
Cats and dogs can be spayed and neutered for approximately one-fourth or one-third the standard cost under a program offered by the Rappahannock Animal Welfare league. The program, which involves an overnight trip for your pet will continue later this summer or in the fall. For information call the RAWL shelter at 540937-3283 any morning of the week, Sundays included.
