The object at the above-styled proceeding is to merge The W G. Deanna Testamentary Trust (the “Gearing TrusT), a charitable trust for tne advancement at education, into the J. S. Cooley Testamentary Trust, another charitable trust having the same trustee and the same chan table purpose. It appearing by an affidavit tiled pursuant to § 8.Q1-316 at the 195Q Cade at Virginia, as amended, (the “Code! that this order is required by Cade § 55-542.06 for the purpose at notifying the public at large (i.e.. parties unknown) at the forgoing proceedings; and that this order be □ubiished once a week for three consecutive weeks pnor to any heanng or trial in a paper at general circulation in the county or city of the Deanng Trust s pnncipai place ot administration ana wnere any affected real estate at the trust is located.
