Local long-term care and rehabilitation facility (t80 beds) is seeking an experienced, organized, self-motivated person to manage the business office. This includes maintenance at alt resident financial •ecards, addressing family concerns, and focusing an accounts receivable target outcomes. Processes and monitors all admission, discharge, and transfer billing, daily processes of cash, ancillary, satient trust, account adjustments, and financial reports. Responsible for the supervision of payroll, bookkeeping, & receptionists. Qualifications include: Experience with Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement, long-term care, account reconciliation, billing and collections. College degree & management experience strongly preferred.
