Responsibilities include: develops, schedules awl oversees aquatics programs. Assists with icntals. group visits, special events, all swim meets for a large indoot aquatics facility with a competition and leisure pool. Recruits, supervises certified aquatic program instructors. Serves as Manager on Duty (MOD) supervising staff awl managing center operations on rotational basis or in absence of Center Managers. Assists with daily site safety checks. poel J inspection* maintenance awl manor repairs of aquatic facilities, locker rooms. Assists in ensuring efficient pool operation awl customer satisfaction by providing a safe, clean, secure awl aesthetically pleasing environment. Assists in the development of awl enforces center rules and i emulations for participant use. Maintains Lifeguard. CPR and First Aid training and serves as a first responder to staff or customer medical emergency. Requires Bachelor s degree in Leisure awl Recretmon Service. Athletic Administration or Physical Education or related field. Strongly l>reler a minimum of one year of experience in aquatics programming and pool facility management working with public, groups, organization:, and must include previous experience supervising staff. Must be willing to work a very flexible work schedule: early mornings, rughtx. days and weekends to meet center needs. Water Safety Instructor. CPR awl First Aid certifications required prior to beginning work. Requires a valid driver s license. Must obtain Pool Operators license awl training on pool systems. Must become certified as a Lifeguard Instructor awl CPR and First Aid Instructor. Successful candidate will undergo criminal back ground, credit CPS awl DMV checks.
