All we would ask is for Virginians to remember that white, native and African settlers once worked together m common, they lived, breathed, died, worked, harvested, aba. celebrated, married and had children together, mixing culture and religion and history Despite the horror and degradation of slavery the callous disregard for the native population, and the destructiveness of greed, once upon a time Virginians did not care what color a person V skin was, what religion he had or where he came from.
