This is one of Joshua's Eagle Scout projects which has entailed project design, fundraising and location pl»nnir>y With the permits sion of Chlf Miller, owner of the schooihouse, there is now another tree planted by the river and the only public outdoor park sitting area in Sperryville.
Joshua, a senior at Rappahannock County High School, plans to attend college to study aerospace engineering. His parents are Doug and Athena Bywaters and the family resides in Flint HilL Thanks to Joshua for making this tree and seating area available, and thanks to Scoutmaster Roger Pearson and all others who supported this project.
