Soldier of Red Oak Promoted In Korea Albert L. Dejarnette. son of Mrs. Gold -n Smith, of Red Oak. was recently promoted to sergeant while serving in Korea. Sgt Dejaniette arrived in Ko rea in February of last, year and is now assigned as a radio ope rator In headquarters company of the 17th Infantry Regiment.
