Lovice E. Altizer Benjamin W. Harris Wed at Raleigh, N. C. The marriage of Miss Lovice Elaine Altizer. daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Curtis Altizer, of Farmville. to Benjamin White head Harris, son of Mr. and Mrs. Hubert Bruce Harris, of Emporia, took place Monday, Dec. 29. at 3 o clock in the Hayes Barton Bap tist Church, Raleigh,. N. C. The double ring ceremony was performed by the Rev. Dr. John W. Kincheloe. Jr. The bride, who was unattended, wore a spice wool suit with natur al and brown accessories, and a white orchid corsage. Mrs. Harris is a graduate of Long wood College where she was a member of Sigma Pi Rho. Kap pa Delta Pi. and Beorc Bin Thorn. Mr. Harris is a giaduate of Greensville County High School and served for four years in the Tinted States Navy during World War II. After a southern wedding trip, tlte couple will make their home in Emporia. Miss Malinda Ayres, director of the Wesley Foundation of the Farmville Methodist Church, re turned to Farmville. Sunday, after visiting her mother. Mrs. Jessie F. Ayres, of Richmond, for two weeks.
