Turner enjoyed a family reunion of her children . and grandchildren at her home, near Norwood, during Christmas. Horsley and son. Douglas, were dinner 'guests of Mr. and Mrs. J. R. Des i per on Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. John W. Wheeler. Jr., of Richmond, had Christmas ! Eve dinner with Mr. and Mrs. 1 John W. Wheeler, at Arrington : and came to Traveller’s Rest that nieht and spent Christmas Day and night. Mr. and Mrs. Edge Wheeler and children, of Amherst, were also guests o their oarents Mr. and Mrs. John W. Wheeler, ion Christmas Eve. Mr. and Mrs. W. F. Branch, Faye Branch and Franklin .Branch visited friends and rela tives at H3wa*’dsville during Christmas and attended the dance at the Ijonderee homr. Hubard Branch returfied from the C & O Hospital, at Clifton ;Forge, in time to spend Christmas with hi;; family. He is much better i and has to go back to the hospital ! for a check-up before going back j to work I
