McFarland and daugh ter, Betty, of Alexandria, and Miss Betty Butler, of Arlington, were guests of Mrs. J. W. McFarland. Monday and Tuesday of last week Mr. and Mrs. F. F Mitchell and Mrs. Jonah Davie, of Crewe, were callers of Miss Sully Hardaway, Thursday. W. E. Booker, near Pamplin. Mr. and Mrs. R. T. Lovelace were dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. A. W. Covington.
