Under and by virtue of authority vested in the undersigned Trustees, by that certain deed of trust dated the 11th day of June, 1047, from George William Bennett to Walter H. Robertson and J. Ray Larcombe, Trustees, recorded in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 49, at page 125, to secure a debt therein described, default having been made in the payment of said debt, according to the terms of said trust, and at the request of the holder of the bond therein described, the undersigned will offer for sale at publie suction at the front door of the Court House, in the Town of Washington, Rappahannock County, Virginia, on .
