’’ State Auditor J. Gordon Ben* nett reported this week tost the financial records of Rappahannock county were kept in “very good order” for the fiscal year ended June SO, 1*60.
Rappahannock's income for the year was 1264,040, or $7,881 more thanthe county .spent. Major rev* enue items were $186,092 from the State, $8,277 in Federal aid, 78,567 in current taxes and $8,* 284 from delinquent taxes.

Don’t get jittery and rush to the Secret Service crying “count-* erfeit” if you happen to get some new, crisp—and slightly different $6, $10, and $20 bills from your bank or otherwise during the next few days.
They won’t be bogus bills, necessarily, bat only brand-new banknotes whieh are being put into circulation this week by the. Federal Reserve Bank of Rich* mond. The design of these denominations has been changed slightly from the notes now current.
But the changes are. so slight, that unless you are a person who looks loftg at your bankroll you, may not even notice the differi ence. 44-^4 -..i- ... . 4|The
Richmond bank will be the first outlet in the country to issue"' the new currency. The institution has received $1,800,000 in the $5 denominations; $8,600,000 id the 10-spots, end $7,200,000 in the $20 or king size.
The first issue was made at the main office of the Fifth Federal Reserve District in Richmond and at the branch offices in Baltimore and Charlotte, N.C. 4 The serial numbers of the new notes have been slightly reduced from the former size and are now identical with the numbers of the issuing Federal Reserve Bank and the Treasury seal also are slightly smaller.
