Men Get 90 Days
In Apple Larceny Case
.Dennis Maiden and James Fred Leake were given 90 days on the And count of petty larceny and 1 year on each of the other two counts in Trial Justice court Monday, with JudgeLeroy Cotton of Warren county presiding.
Maiden and Leake win serve the 90 day sentence only, for the other two, to ran concurrently, were suspended.

Maeie, Jr. Following tho state* meftt of Weaver, the group admitted having taken applet from the orchard on Monday and Tuesday sight, but were caught on Thursday night before they could move an). Official notification has been re-' ceived that the county health of-': fico will be, opened JanuaryrlrT with Mrs. P. Lee Thornton ascounty nurse and Mrs. Joe Henry' Aylor as clerk. The office will, be located in the former Moffett, law office, next to the Courthouse buildings.
Mrs. Thornton has already been , notified that the offiee furniture. has been ordered, and she states , that, among other plans in line for the opening of the work, at the first of the new year, application has been made for a mass x-ray in the detection and pre-. vention of tuberculosis in Rappahannock county.
