Farm At Woodrille
Mr. and Mrs. D. S. Parker, of Washington, D.C., hmVo just sold their home and farm on highway 6,18, between Woodville and Laurel Mills, to Daniel Jacobs of Warrenton.
The farm, formerly known as the old Dick Way land place, consists of 166 acres and a remodeled home of five rooms. The home faces Red Oak mountain, part of which is included in the property.
Mr. Jacobs is now farming with his parents near Warrenton, and plans to take possession of his new farm and home shortly, transferring his activities to Rappahannock county at that time.
The sale was negotiated by S. E. Hening, broker of Sperryville, in cooperation with Browning eRal Estate Agency of Culpeper.
