The recommendation vrhith \ would like (continued Mr. Winfrey) to make and to• which X hope you will give serious consid•ration are ‘ the result* of' the knowledge and experience of teachers ofyeara of service in the schools of this county and in particular, as these teachers are faeed daily with work in this school. | Allow me to say, first, that thel co-operation I have so far recalled: from the teachers in all grades f and subjects in this school, has fefen-excellent. • *

It seems to me that for the dtost part, the pupils have accepted gracefully, (t not with wild enthusiasm, the fact of consolidation.

And now, to come back for a moment to the enrollment figures „ tfir next session, and the. rooms available. Besides the classroom in the agriculture building, there are nine rooms occupied by high school classes, including the library room and the home.economics room and the room under the stage. - * -

Disregarding the exact figures, there will be next year, pupils en-,< rolled in this school in numbers sufficient to fill two more rooms. That is exactly what we are faced „ with. There is no use in thinking, or talking about crowding more pupils into the existing classrooms. The rooms are already full, and one room in particular, is library room, which should be used as ti library room only, is overcrowded • with pupils using it every period, either as a classroom or study hall, • with a teacher in charge.
