Interest in the project has spread beyohd the county lines into adjoining counties. The name of “Blue Ridge” was chosen to indicate the inclusion of the counties in this ares, porbably Culpeper, Warren, Fauquier, Madison, Page and Frederick. Expressions of interest and desire to join in the enterprise have been received from Culpeper, Warren, Fauquier, Page and Madison.
The State orchestra leaders and local promoters see* the possibility of this enterprise developing into prominence similar to the wellknown Berkshire Music Festival at Lennox, Mass., with which the Boston Symphony Orchestra is closely related. ’
