John Tapp attended his lodge ' No. 27 I.O.O.F. in Warrenton last Monday night, new office as Noble Grand. .Mr. and Mrs. Edward Clatterbuck from Alexandria, spent the week end with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. S. J. Clatterbuck.

On Sunday Mr. and Mrs. Lyne and their two children were guests of Mr. and Mrs. Bogart Busworth in Stanardsville.

Mrs. Lily Barber and Miss Mary Stark were Culpeper visitors on Monday. '

Mrs. Richie Colvin and Miss Julia Lawrence spent Friday afternoon with their brother and sister-in-law Mr. and Mrs. Charlie Lawrence. Mr. Lawrence is on the sick list * ‘

George Carder and son.Lewis, and Mrs. W. H. Sill, of Arlington, were dinner guests of Misses Lillie and Nellie Johnson on Saturday.

Mrs. Lewis Turner, Mrs. J. Frank Jones, John Turner and Caroline Gates Turner were shoppers in Front Royal Monday.. .

During Ust week Mr. and Mrs. Sidney Perry visited Mr. Perry's mother Mrs. Robert Perry, who is quite ill at her home in Nelson county. Week-end guests in the Perry home were Mr^ and Mrs. Clyde Perry and small son, of Charlottesville.

Mr. and Mrs. Charlie Moss and daughter spent Sunday with Mrs. Irene Hitt in Remington.

Mrs. C. H. H. Branch', who has been ill for several weeks ht the home of her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. C. E. Johnson, has returned to her apartment in Sperryville.

Lewis Turner and Charles Wood left Tuesday for Florida.
