That certain tract of land containing 17.S acres, more or less, and house thereon, being part of the same tract of land of 82 acres conveyed to the said Andre# J. Hitt by Alvin A. Baker and Lillie M. Baker by deed dated March 4, 1930 duly recorded in Deed Book 85 page 250 of the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Culpeper County. From this 82 acres Andrew J. Hitt conveyed a tract of 14.7 acree to Milton A. Hitt. This tract of land is'hounded by Virginia Secondary Road No. <18 leading from Amiasville to Waterloo and by the lands of Julia Lawrence, Warren A. Hitt, B. F. Pickett and Milton A. Hitt. (A 80 foot right of way on east side i* reserved for a road aa presently located.) TRACT 2. All that certain tract of land containing 24 acres, more or less, being the same land conveyed to Robert Frank Hitt by G. S. P. Triplett and wife by deed dated July 23, 1898, and duly recorded October 14, 1839 in Deed Book U at page 895 in the Clerk’s Office-of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, a reference to which is hereby made for p more complete description. This land lies about one mile north of Virginia Secondary Road No. 613. It has some timber on it. (A cemetery on said premises and ingress and egress therefrom is excepted.) The undersigned Special Commissioner has received a bid of $850.00 for the above mentioned 24 acre tract of land in Rappahannock County, and pursuant to said decree, the sale of said tract will open with the said bid of $850.00. f’vv «”&-'>• , ■ TERMS OF SALE: CASH R.
