BOY SCOUTS TO LAUNCH THREE-YEAR PROGRAM On Friday, February 8th, Boy Scout Trpop 64, of Washington ill 1 join their buddies over the nation ; in a ' ceremony launching their three-year program “Forward On •Liberty’s Team.” This program will be broadcast over “We The People”, S:30 to 9:00 p.m. At the Liberty Bell in Independence Hall at 8:30 p.m. the nineteen mil* lionth scout- will ring the Liberty • Bell once more. This will be a sig* nal for units all over the country ; to ring church bells in their commu* ’ nity. It is hoped that this .will be a ; colorful ceremony. In announcing ■** the three year program, Chief Scout Executive Arthur A, Schuck stated ’ that it will be the high purpose of the Boy Scouts to do everything pos- f sible to help preserve liberty in this great, land.
