O’Brien, Edgar Green, Jr., and Virginia Garrett are not residents of the State of Virginia* and that there are or may be persons interested in the subject to be divided or disposed of whose names and addresses are unknown, it is ordered that they do appear within ten days after due publication hereof, and do what may be necessary to protect their interest in this suit.
