As near as intelligence and-time permit, we read all the regulations and try to abide by , thefn but the size of the. communications and the legal wording is confusing. The time will come, perhaps, when we shall slip up and fail to.read one of the lists of regulations. At that time, please, may our sins not be published and may we be notified in a quiet, dignified manner of our short-coming and we shall quickly make amends. Meanwhile, we think others are doing their best, too.
