Ruth Stevens entertained in her home, the Flint Hill H. D. club; Tuesday evening:. The demonstration, Better . Light for Better Health was conducted by the house furnishing leaders, ! Mrs. Barbara Gentry, Mrs. O. W. Gilbert, Sr., and Mist Ruth Stevens. Miss Ruth Stevens demonstrated how easy on the eyes that recommended 150 watt indirect light bulbs were. Mrs. Barbara Gentry showed correct heights and placing of lighting in living room, for reading and general purposes. Mrs. Gilbert illustrated correct lighting in bath, kitchen and laundry. The surprise Ruth Stevens had been talking about proved,-to. be a foot candle meter which re- , gistered the quantity c^LJLighL rtfra* by different lights at recommended positions. Mrs. Henry Sisk entertained F. T. Valley # 2 club Thursday. During the meeting the members voted to pay their .Federation dues.
