planning meeting for the farm and home electric project Unit 1 was held Friday evening. This project is being sponsored by the County 4-H Council for any boy or girl over 12 years of age. The meetings will be held at Washington Fire House at 7 ;30 and will be held April 16-23-30 and will end with a tour. Personnel from the power companies serving this county will be the instructors.

ft Castleton H.D. met with Miss Elsie Courtney Tuesday, Miss Courtney conducted the opening devotionals. An offering, Pennies For Friendship was collected during the business session. Mrs. John ' Woodward, Mrs. Ruby Cannon, Miss Elsie Courtney and Miss Carolyn Jarvis plan to go to the district meeting in May. The demonstration, Care and Pruning of Shrubs was given by the agent.
