RESPONDENTS The object of the above entitled cause is to partition by one of the modes provided by law* among the heirs at law and distributees of John Pendleton Williams, deceased, that certain tract or parcel ot land situate in Jackson Magisterial District of Rappahannock County, Virginia, containing 35 acres, more or less, improved by a four room frame dwelling, of which the said John Pendleton Williams, died seized and possessed, and to ascertain whether or not there are any other heirs at law of the said John Pendleton Williams, deceased, who hare not previously conveyed their interest in the said land
