Funeral services for Russell Sisk, native of Rappahannock County, who died at the Lynchburg State Colony in Lynchburg after a long period of declining health were held on Tuesday afternoon dt 2 p.m. from the Geest Funeral Chapel, with Rev. Warren Corbin conducting the services. Interment was made in the family section of the Fairview Cemetery. • During the services Miss Betty Ray Spilinan rendered -severalsong selections which were “Sweet Bye and Bye” and “The Old Rugged Cross” accompanied by Miss Barbara Carpenter, Chapel organist.
Mr. Sisk, fifty years of age, was the son of the late'James iSisk and the late Mrs. Adele Frazier Sisk of Rappahannock. _ He is survived by a sister, Mrs. Clarence Jenkins, Woodville and one brother, Jake Sisk of Sperryville. Active pallbearers were Milton Sisk, Roy Sisk, Early Sisk, Andrew Sisk, Robert Sisk, and Frank Jenkins, Friends and relatives attending the services served as honorary pallbearers.
