HARRISON GATEWOOD
Funeral services were held for Harrison Gatewood, Saturday at the First Baptist Church, Washington, at 2 p.m. Rev. Luther Banks conducted the last rites with burial in the family cemetery at his home.
Mr. Gatewood was a highly respected citizen. He had spent his entire life in Rappahannock county. His parents had been raised in the Browning family and he had also been in the Browning family all his life.
Mr. Gatewood, 73, is survived by four daughters, two sons and eight grandchildren.
