The object of the above styled suit is to obtain a Divorce a vinculo matrimonii' on behalf of Edna Mae Nethers, who sues * through her mother and next friend, Maggie Mahoney, against George Maynard Nethers upon the grounds of desertion.
And. it appearing by Affidavit filed according to law that George Maynard Nethers, the above named defendant, is not a resident of this State, and that his last known post office address is C & S Trailer Park, % W. Cl Dennis, Jackson, South Carolina, it is therefore ORDERED that the said George Maynard Nethers do appear within ten days after the due publication of this ORDER, in the Clerk's Office of our said Circuit Court, and do what is necessary to protect his interest.
And, it is further ORDERED ——lhafc_lhe_foregoing portion of this ORDER be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper printed in the County of Rappahannock, Virginia and having general circulation in the County of Rappahannock, State of Virginia, and that the Clerk post and mail a copy of this order in accordance with the laws of Virginia made and provided in such cases.
