Flint Hill 4-H club met Monday and decided to sell cookies as money making project. The club decided to erect poles fcr a volley ball court. Vice president elected was Jane Corbin and Ruth Ann Foster was elected song ldhder. Mrs. Frank Cary helped .• the girls in making a clothespin bag and agent worked with girls in making a repair kit.
Reager 4-H met Monday with Margeurite Williams opening the meeting with a prayer. Granville Fox gave a report of the county council. The program consisted of: Safety— Mary Ellen Williams; Fire Rules— James Mahoney; Health Rules— Frank Campbell and Bobby Williams. /
The club has sent fruit to sick persons in the community. The girls exhibited tea towels and began the work of making a head scarf.
Mrs. Lucia Kilby was hostess for Sper ryville H. D.—club T uesday The “Master Mix’- was demonstrated after which the group participated in games and carol singing.
Amissville H. D. Club met in the Fire Hall Wedrtesday afternoon. - The demonstration “Master Mix” was given by Mrs. Luther Stuart and Mrs. Jack Pearman.
Mrs. Lester Yates entertained F. T. Valley H. D. Club Thursday. The demonstration on the use of the Master Mix was given. Afterwards —the members participated in recreation and singing carols.
Woodville H. D. club met with Mrs. R. M. Johnson Friday afternoon. The club planned to send a gift to elderly persons in the community. The “Master Mix” was demonstrated and afterwards the club members joined in some Christ-^ mas games.
Mrs. George Nethers entertained Slate Mills H. D. group Friday night. The use of “Master Mix” was shown to the group. Then the members joined in for the Christmas games and caroling. i
