REAL ESTATE TRACT NO. 1 ~

All that certain lot, piece; or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in Piedmont Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, and being known as “Jacob Woodard home tract” which lies between the present Lee Highway and the old Warrentpn, Sperryville, and New Market Turnpike, and bounded by said Lee Highway, said old turnpike, and the lands now or formerly owned by J. Will Atkins. Said tract contains one half acre, more or less. TRACT NO. 2

All that certain tract or parcel of land acquired by Solon Atkins, containing by estimation 2.75 acres, more or less, and? having a dwelling house*thereon and several outbuildings, acquired by deed from Lewis Morton, being the old “Barbara Cheek Place”. The land lies about 2 miles West of Sperryville, Virginia, and being on the North side of U. S. Route 211.

The sale will be in gross and not by the acre and is subject to any visible easements or rights of way qr those of reeord. 1
