Pursuant to the provisions of a certain deed of trust exeecuted by Olive May Dodson and Douglas Dodson to Rayner V. Snead, Trustee, dated September 28, 1950, and recorded September 28, 1950, in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 54 at page 308, to secure the payment of a debt therein described, default having been made in the payment of said debt, and at* the requst of the legal holder thereof (the debt and obligation secured by said deed of trust having been declared due and payable), the undersigned, William F. Moffett, Substitute Trustee, (said Rayner V. Snead, Trustee, having resigned and refused to act under said deed of trust and said William F. Moffett having been substituted as trustee by the holder of the said note, all as authorized by the said deed of trust, said resignation and appointment being hitherto recorded in the Clerk’s Ocice of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 60 at page___, on February 4, 1954) having been requested to act by the holder of said obligation, will offer for sale at public auction, to the highest bidder, in front of the Courthouse, at Washington, Va., on Friday, February 26, at 10 o’clock A.M. (EST) the following property towit:

“All of that certain tract or parcel of land in Hampton Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Va., containing six acres more or less, lyiftg and being about 1 mile west of Washington, vVa., and adjoining the lands of Louemma C. Moffett, Lena Wayland and Tobin Scroggins.

This is the same land conveyed to Olive May Dodson and Douglas Dodson her husband by deed dated 2® of September 1956, from Claybert E. Smoot and Helen Elizabeth Smoot ana recorded in the Clerk’s Office of the—Circuit-Court of Rappahannock County, 'Virginia, in Deed Book 54, at page 306.
