Mr. and Mrs. Japses Yates were Sunday visitors of friends in Flint Hill.

Mr. and Mrs. J. $. Browning and sons had dinner Sunday at Hy-Wy in Front Royal. Mr. and Mrs. Charles Wood and family of Blacksburg were week-end guests of Mrs. Dudley Wood at her home, Sunny Slope, and also of Mrs. Russell Wood.— .^Mrs. Robert L. Massie spent the week end in Richmond. She attended the “Parents Weekend” observed by the University of Richmond where her son, Robert L. Massie, Jr., is a freshman. This Parent’s Day celebration was the first ever sponsored by the University. Hereafter it will become an annual university event.

Miss Minnie Williams was a week-end guest of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Clark at their home in Bon Air. *

Miss Mary Ramsey of Staunton was a recent house guest of Mrs. Russell Wood. __Friday night, the Julia Hagood Graham Society mef with Mrs. William Gilbert. Mrs. B. J. Wood was in charge of the program with the topic “South America.”
