Warren J. Riley

Warren Jackson Riley of Vienna, formerly a resident of Amissville, and the *on of Mm Maggie Riley, was drowned Sunday at Benedict, Md. in the Patuexent River when friends were unable to rescue him after ' he dived from his fishing boat into the water for a swim. -

Mr. Riley attended Rapparannock High School and served in the Army during the war with a paratroop unit in the European Theater. He was wounded while on active duty in Holland.

Mr. Riley is surrvived by his wife, Eunice, three children, his; mother, three sisters and a brother.
