A mixture of snow, apathy and laziness kept over half of the eligible voters in Rappahannock away from the polls in Tuesday’s general election. The 570 some voters who did cast their votes in all probability expressed the sentiments of the other 800 (plus) when they swept A. Willis Robertson and Burr P. Harrison back into office by large majorities.
