HAUNTS HAVE FUN AT AMISSVILLE HALLOWEEN PARTY
Mid the rustle of fodder, autumn foliage, and the evil grins of jack o’lanterns the pupils of Amissville—Elementary—School— played games and vied for prizes at a Halloween party'Friday night sponsored by the Parent-Teachers Association.
For the best costumes, first prize was awarded Randall Hall, second, Landra Dennis; and third, Margaret Ann Emerson by the judges, Mrs. Clarence Coleman, Mrs. Paul Smith and Mrs. Charlie Priest. ; Doris Bywaters, Joyce Dodson and Linda Rowzie tied in “pin-’ ning the eye on the pumpkin” and were all given a prize.
After playing other— games, doughnuts, gingerbread, popcorn, candy and drinks were served and -each child given—a_Halloween horn.
