Adding that beginning this week his personal mail would bear Christmas Seals, Governor Stanley continued, “Each of us has an opportunity afforded by the Virginia Tuberculosis Association and our local associations throughout Virginia to do something about TB ... I hereby officially endorse the sale of Christmas Seals in Virginia and urge each of you to buy them early, buy them generously, and use them confidently, knowing that you are doing your part.”

The proceeds from the Tuberculosis seal sale will be sent to a central destination again this year but each district will get credit for their donations. The returps will be published weekly in the Rappahannock News. If for some reason you did not receive seals won’t you please notify your local chairman.
