NOTICE We, the undersigned* J. Ray Larcombe, Chairman, and James W. Fletcher, Secretary, of the Legislative District for the Counties ot Fauquier and Rappahannock, hereby certify that the foregoing is a true and correct copy of a resolution adopted by it at a meeting of said committee held at Warrenton, Fauquier County, Virginia, on the 15 day of March, 1955,— “Resolved that the nomination of the candidate of the Democratic Party for the office of member of thhe House of Delegates of Virginia from the counties of Fauquier and Rappahannock, to be voted on in the general election to be held in said legislative district on November «, 1355, shall be by direct primary method and that a primary for the nomination of said Democratic candidate for said office shall be held on July 12, 1355, pursuant to the provisions of the State Primary Laws and that all candidates for said office shall file their declaration of cahdidacy with J.
