A RESOLUTION The members of the Town Council desire to submit the following resolutions: WHEREAS: In memory of Mrs. Louise M. Price the Members of the \ Town Council of Washington, Virginia, wish to express their appreciation for her loyal service as a member of the Council. \ WHEREAS : Mrs. Price possess-' ed a personality that will be remembered for a long time by all that knew her. WHEREAS: The Contributions that she made toward the improvement of her town will be forever remembered.
Now, therefore be it resolved: That the member* of the Council express their gratitude for her interest in civic betterment and her , genuine friendship. That we extend to her devoted and bereaved family our heartfelt sympathy in their sadness. That a copy of these resolutions be included in. the minutes of the .
