Campbell suggested that a county man be given the job as it is done every 4 years,- Mr. Latham abided ‘that this would also save some of the allotted money. He believed that there was a capable man in the county. The money, [too, would be thus kept in the county. Mr. Buckner suggested that jperhaps this hiring- a county man would leave room for argument as persons would feel the county man favored certain persons.)
Mr. Wood said he believed a specialist from outside would) be best qualified. He made a motion that the board follow the same procedure as was followed fpur •years ago and if possible empiloy the same man. This motion was seconded by Eddie Estes and passed 5 to 1. j
