to make a memorandum of the June 1 date of utilization. There are no provisions under the 1956 wheat marketing quota program for granting an extention of that date.

Farmers who plant wheat and other grain for mixture are also reminded that such mixtures must be less than 50 per cent by weight of wheat when seeded, as we}l as when harvested, to qualify as a wheat mixture under the definition of the marketing quota program. The responsibility of a wheat mixture turning out to be less than 50 per cent of wheat by weight whenu harvested is entirely upon the wheat farmer.

Any acreages which do not qualify under the definition of a wheat mixtures and which acreages are in excess of the farm allotment and 15 acres will be subject to marketing quota penalties on the production therefrom.
