/WHO IS TO BLAME?
Some months ago it was reported that several of our legislators were questioned as to what they were going to do about our increasing motor traffic death rates. They said they were not going to < do anything about it. They have kept their promise and the death rate in Virginia has gone up and up and up.
During 1955 we lost 100 lives morethan we lost in 1954. The rate in 1954 was bad enough. These lives were a tremendous loss. The cost in human misery is of course' incalculable.
