Cub Scouts Take Trip
Six' Cub Scouts, Ronnie Hawkins, Frank Moffett, Sammy ^Snead, Roger Hawkins, Thomas Baldwin and Jimmie Jenkins, with Den Mother, Mrs. R. V. Snead and Asst. Den Mother, Mrs. Milton Hawkins were in Washington, D. C., on Tuesday seeing the sights. All dressed up in their new scout suits, they went to the top of Washington Monument and visited the Thomas Jefferson Memorial.
They saw boats come in at the wharf and fishermen with their crabs; took a ride around the airport and to many other places of interest.
It is just surprising how much a Cub Scout can see, and do, and tell you about—ask them for an interview!
