By unanimous vote of the Board, the Clerk of the Board was authorized to have air conditioner in his office repaired or traded in on a new air-conditioner which will cool satisfactorily the Clerk’s Office of this County/

Supervisor A. 'H. Buckner moved thiit the Superintendent of Public Welfare of the County, in addition to the monthly confidential reports now filed with theBoard of Supervisors as required bv Section 63-67.1 and 63-67.2 of the Code of Virginia, file along with said reports, a report to the Supervisor of each District,of the County a report of receipts and disbursements by Districts of the various functions of the Local Welfare Department. This motion was seconded by Supervisor H. B. Wood. A vote was thereupon taken on said motion with the following result: AYES: A. H. BGckner. H. B. Wood. ff. A. Foster, E. M. Estes and W. C. Campbell, Supervisor A. C. Latham, Sr. not voting.
