Chaster Gap Boy Scout Troop No. 128 of Boy Scouts oof America had its regular weekly meeting at the home of Scout Master Gilbert Smith on July IS, 1888 at 2:18 p.m. The meeting was opened with a prayer by the Scout
This meeting was of a business nature, plus fun.
The troop was divided jhto three Patrols; 2 Scout had one Explorer Patrol. Patrol' Leaders were elected on a tentative basis subject to approval of local troop committee after a fair trial of selected troop leaders. « After elections and routine business, the aeouts were instructed !in foot drill in the Tint four phftMS.
Hie Oub Scout Pack No. 125 was a guest and also took part in the drill performance.
In the near future these will be a ceremonial meeting to awsrd Tenderfoot‘Badges and other appropriate awards to the Scouts and Explorers. I Having completed all business and activities the meeting adjourned at 4:30 p.m. to the strains of that lovely old hymn, “God Be With You Till We Meet Again." led by Albert Elwood Wines.
