In accordance with the provisions of Section 63-52 or the Code of Virginia and the 1956 amendment thereto, Supervisor Av H. Buckner moved that the Local Board of Public Welfare of Rappahannock be limited to a membership of three (3) members; said motion was thereupon seconded by Supervisor H. B. Wood and was thereupon adopted by viva voce vote of a majority of Supervisors present. The Clerk was directed to deliver a copy of this order to the Superintendent of Public Welfare of this County.
Supervisor E. M. Estes moved that the Superintendent of Public Welfare inform the Board the status of the James B. Fincham case; that he is advised that James B. Fincham has moved to Madison County; this motion was seconded by H. A. Foster and was thereupon adopted by viva voce vote of a majority of Supervisors present. Supervisor A. C. Latham not voting upon said motion The Clerk was directed to deliver a copy of this order to the Superintendent of Public Welfare of this County.

Congregational Meeting
A special meeting of the congregation of Bromfield Parish has been called for Sunday, July 22, to authorize placing a deed of trust on the church property if necessary. Meeting will be held in Trinity Church at 12:00 Noon.
