The object of this suit is as follows: (1) To have decreed as null and Void a certain deed from James M. Settle, Clerk, conveying 85.7 acres of real estate to Carrie M. Dennis, dated February 12, 1947 and recorded in the Clerk’s Office of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Booh 48, page 524. (2) To remove a cloud upon the title on the above land. (3) To effect partition amongst the owners by sale or otherwise of the above land, the same being the land of which Edward F. Fletcher died, sieaed and possessed, and situated near Castleton1, Virginia, in Rappahannock County, Virginia, and (4) To require Robert E. Craft to account to the heirs of Edward F. Fletcher, with the exception of Carrie M. Dennis, for any and all timber, rents, issues and profits which he may have derived from said land. 'And an affidavit having been made and filed that Carrie M. Dennis is not a resident of the State of Virginia and that due diligence has been used on behalf of the complainants to locate the
