TRACT NO. 1: Alt that certain tract or parcel of land acquired by William Moffett from J. W. Huffman, bachelor, by deed dated and recorded in the aforesaid Clerk’s Office on November 1, 1918, i in Deed Book 29, page 96, wherein said tract of land was described as follows: “That certain tract of land lying and beinjg situate in the County of Rappahannock, State of Virginia, Wakefield Magisterial District, about 4 miles South of the Town bf Flint Bill, Virginia, containing 233% A., more or less, and adjoining the lands of B. F. Sedwick, Mrs. Susie J. Millan, John M. Cooksey, Miss J. M. Huffman and the dower lands of Mri. Senora Huffman. It is distinctly understood that this conveyance is by the tract and not by the acre. The said J. W. Huffman hereby conveys all rights of way and water rights together with all other easements now used qr enjoyed
by him whicbj he may have the right to convey.”
TRACT NO. 2: All [that certain tract or parcel of land acquired by William F. Moffett from Joseph D. Huffman, by deed, dated March 23, 1025 and recorded March 24, 1925, in the aforesaid Clerk’s Office, in Deed Book 32, page 523, wherein the same is described as follows: “Lot No. 3, assigned to J. D.
