LETTER TO THE EDITOR Harrisonburg, Va. ( August 21 1956 Dear Editor: As a former member of the Washington Fire Department and as one interested in the community I would like to congratulate Mr. Luther Payne, Chief, and his coworkers on their parade Saturday night. Its success, as proved by the crowds lining the streets, was evidence of their hard work.
