Mr.' and Mrs. M. W. Brown were Miss Jean Brown, Charles and Gerald Brown and Miss Barbara DeShazo of King George.
Mrs. Helen Brown Bruce and Mrs. E. W. Gore had as their guests the past week, Mr. and Mrs. A. R. Partlow of Culpeper Mrs. A. L. Smith and son of Gainsville. Their guests over the week end were Mr. and Mrs. Harry Slusher, their sons, Vincent and Bobby Slusher of Hagerstown and Jesse Springer.
Little Suellen Hudson is spending several days with her aunts, Miss Ruth Menefee and Mrs. IV. M. Lewis while her parents Mr. and Mrs. John Robert Hudson and their son Johnnie are in New York.
Mr. and Mrs. E. N, Montague and their guests Mr. and Mrs. John Cooper of Alexandria spent the week end at Hazel Notch.
Mr. and Mrs. D. V. Chapman Sr. and son, W. B. Chapman of Arlington went to Richmond Saturday to be present at the wedding of their granddaughter Miss Bettv Jane Chapman and Percy Lewis which was solomnizzed in Trinity Methodist Church. Later in the evening they went to Saluda for an overnight visit with their sonin-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. W. B. Wake. Thev returned to Sperryville Sunday night.
