TTie Carnival will be locally sponsored and operated. v
Committees are being organized and work on the stands is al- . ready underway. The large attendance at the meeting attests to the willingnessand enthusiasm on the part of die members to make the carnival the biggest and best ever held in Sperryville. i ■ -I
