Plans have been completed for? the conduct of Heart Sunday, February 24, in Rappahannock Co. - according to Mrs. Mary R. Miller of Washington, Heart Fund Chairman.
Heart Sunday, marking a peat of the month-long 1957 Heart Fund drive, will be conducted by thousands of volunteers this,, yearr in some 5,000 communities thrt out die nation. Each volunteer will call at about 20 homes and collect at each home a contribution to be sealed in a small manila envelope. The volunteers will wear •a authorized identification ,tag and will carry a supply of gift envelopes. Contributors need not indicate the amount of their gifts unless they desire a receipt for income tax purposes.
